Senior GIS Developer

We are currently looking forSenior GIS Developer for ourUAE operations. Required Skills & Experience: * Strong expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal Server Data Store Web Adaptor) and Esri Web AppBuilder / Experience Builder. * Hands-on experience with ArcFM Desktop utility networks and advanced editing workflows. * Proficiency in spatial databases including Oracle Spatial PostGIS and enterprise geodatabase design. * Expert in Python scripting (ArcPy) ModelBuilder and GIS automation. * Experience in full-stack web development: Angular React integrating GIS services and dashboards. * Strong understanding of REST APIs web services and enterprise system integration. * Advanced knowledge of GIS data modeling spatial analysis geoprocessing and visualization techniques Key Responsibilities: * Design develop and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise applications including Portal Server Web AppBuilder and Experience Builder. * Configure publish and manage map services feature services and geoprocessing services for enterprise GIS workflows. * Develop and maintain custom GIS tools automation scripts and workflows using Python (ArcPy) and ModelBuilder. * Design implement and optimize spatial databases (ArcGIS Geodatabases Oracle Spatial PostGIS) ensuring data integrity and performance. * Integrate GIS solutions with enterprise systems REST APIs and external data sources including modern web frameworks. * Perform advanced spatial analysis geoprocessing and visualization to support business decision-making. * Implement and support ArcFM Desktop workflows including network tracing connectivity analysis Auto Updaters and custom editing workflows for utility and network data management.
