Senior GIS/BIM Manager

Job Description: The Senior GIS/BIM Manager will lead the integration of GIS and Building Information Modeling (BIM) on major mixed-use development projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement GIS/BIM strategies for mixed-use developments. - Manage data management workflows and ensure integration between GIS and BIM systems. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive digital solutions. - Provide training, mentorship, and support to project teams on GIS and BIM tools. - Drive innovation and adopt new digital technologies to enhance project delivery. - Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements for GIS/BIM. - Participate in high-level decision-making and strategic planning. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or Geospatial sciences. - Minimum 10 years of experience in GIS/BIM management. - Expertise in GIS software (ArcGIS) and BIM software (Revit, Navisworks). - Strong knowledge of data integration and digital workflows. - Proven leadership and project management skills; ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments. - Familiarity with the Saudi market and industry standards is advantageous.
