#### **Description** JASARA PMC seeks a highly experienced Senior GIS/BIM Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead the integration of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for mixed-use development projects. This leadership role is crucial to advancing the company's capabilities in digital engineering and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple disciplines. The Senior GIS/BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing GIS and BIM strategy, execution, and data management, driving innovation, and supporting project teams in delivering high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, planners, and stakeholders to integrate spatial data with BIM processes to optimize project planning, design, and delivery. ### Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive GIS and BIM strategies for mixed-use projects. * Lead the integration and coordination of GIS data with BIM models to support project planning and execution. * Manage GIS and BIM workflows, standards, and quality assurance across disciplines. * Oversee data management and ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of spatial and BIM information. * Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize design and construction processes through digital solutions. * Drive innovation by adopting emerging GIS and BIM technologies and best practices. * Provide training, mentoring, and support to project teams and junior staff. * Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and client requirements. * Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Geospatial Sciences, or a related field. * Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in GIS and BIM management, specifically within mixed-use developments. * Expertise in GIS software (such as Esri ArcGIS) and BIM software (such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks). * Strong knowledge of integrating GIS data with BIM processes and workflows. * Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Familiarity with industry standards and digital engineering best practices. * Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is advantageous. #### **Benefits** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization * Be part of a collaborative and supportive team
