What You Can Deliver
Build and operate GIS platform infrastructure using the DevSecOps methodology (microservices, containerization, Kubernetes, orchestration)
Continuously advance platform design, automation, and orchestration (Release Automation) iteratively, and develop new platforms
Contribute to standardization initiatives at the federal level
Develop decision-making foundations for introducing new IT components
Take ownership of tasks across the entire DevSecOps lifecycle
What Makes You Unique
Engineer (UNI/ETH/FH) or Technician (HF) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, with several years of professional experience
Strong hands-on experience automating IT solutions in DevSecOps environments using ArcGIS, Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible, and GitLab
In-depth and up-to-date experience with CI/CD pipelines and programming/scripting languages such as Python, .NET, PowerShell, Bash, as well as Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server
Familiarity with process and architecture modeling notations like BPMN and ArchiMate
Strategic and goal-oriented working style, strong teamwork skills, and experience in agile environments (SAFe), along with proficiency in agile tools (Git, Jira, Confluence); willingness to further develop GIS-related competencies
Proficiency in a second official Swiss language and strong active English skills
