Your Contribution
Design and automate the deployment of a Geographic Information System (GIS) platform using DevSecOps methodologies (microservices, container technology, Kubernetes, orchestration)
Iteratively advance the platform’s architecture, automation/orchestration (release automation), and development of new platforms
Participate in federal-level project standardization initiatives
Provide decision-making foundations for the introduction of new IT components
Perform tasks across the entire DevSecOps lifecycle
What Sets You Apart
Degree in Engineering (UNI/PF/SUP); or a Technical College (ST) diploma in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, complemented by relevant professional experience
Strong expertise in automating IT solutions in a DevSecOps environment using tools such as ArcGIS, Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible, and GitLab
In-depth and up-to-date experience with CI/CD pipelines and programming/scripting languages including Python, .NET, PowerShell, Bash, as well as Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server
Familiarity with process and architecture modeling notations such as BPMN and ArchiMate
Conceptual and goal-oriented work style, strong teamwork skills, and prior experience in an agile environment (SAFe); proficiency with agile tools (Git, Jira, Confluence); willingness to further develop GIS skills
Good command of a second official Swiss language and active proficiency in English
