Specialist – Survey & GIS

Responsible for planning, conducting, and supervising field survey activities; collecting, processing, and interpreting survey and geospatial data; preparing technical drawings, maps, and GIS outputs; maintaining spatial databases; and providing accurate survey information to support engineering, construction, and development projects. Acts as a key point of contact for customer requests, ensuring timely delivery of survey products and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: Conduct/supervise field survey works of plot demarcation and staking-out of property boundaries, topographic surveys, and geodetic surveys. Implement site visits guiding prospective investors to field for checking and inspecting land against their requirements and expectations. Complete handover of land property to investors after engaged in land lease agreement with Abu Dhabi Ports. Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the survey team individuals of the out-source survey contractor for Abu Dhabi Ports. In addition to field operations, prepare relevant maps and drawings, and maintain up to date land records. Provide excellent client relationships and services to investors and third-party consultants and contractors. Perform survey calculations and processing for data collected from the field. People Management Responsibilites: N/A Strategic Responsibilities: N/A Qualifications Diploma in Surveying or equivalent, as minimum. Written and Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred 5 years of experience in the surveying field. Work experience in at least of the Municipalities, Town Planning, dedicated surveying firms, Consulting and Contracting engineering companies in the different land surveying branches.
