Sr GIS Manager

# Job Responsibilities * Lead the GIS team in the development and implementation of GIS strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals. * Manage and oversee GIS projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints while maintaining high quality and accuracy. * Utilize advanced GIS tools and software to analyze spatial data and create maps and visualizations for various stakeholders, including urban planners, engineers, and executives. * Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements, provide GIS solutions, and support decision-making processes through spatial analysis. * Train and mentor junior GIS staff, enhancing their technical skills and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in GIS data management and analysis. * Stay updated with the latest GIS technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions into the company's operations. * Prepare reports and presentations to disseminate GIS information to stakeholders and management. ### Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Sciences, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or a related field. * Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in a relevant discipline is preferred. * Proficiency in GIS software (such as ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.) and spatial analysis tools. * Strong data management skills with experience in database systems and spatial data handling. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex spatial data and identify trends and patterns. ### Desired Experience * Minimum 7 years of experience in GIS project management and geospatial analysis, preferably within the real estate development sector. * Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and projects effectively. * Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment, supporting planning and development initiatives. * Knowledge of local and international GIS standards and regulations. * Understanding of urban planning, land use, and real estate development processes is a plus. ### Salary & Benefits * Annual Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience. * Comprehensive health insurance coverage. * Performance-related bonuses and incentives. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning. * Dynamic and inclusive work environment with opportunities for career advancement.
