Sr. GIS Solution Engineer - Public Safety

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. GIS Solution Engineer - Public Safety to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $98,592 – $173,576 annually Responsibilities Build relationships with enterprise-level decision makers and support the company software sales Serve as a technical leader and expert in the company technology and Public Safety Propose GIS solutions that address customer challenges and drive business value Design and present engaging content for technical and non-technical audiences Coach team members on best practices and industry insights Qualifications 5+ years of experience with the company technology, including maps and spatial analysis 3+ years in the Public Safety sector Broad knowledge of ArcGIS from an IT perspective (hardware, security, networking, etc.) Proven technical consulting and conceptual solution design skills Understanding of sales and business development processes Ability to troubleshoot client issues with the company applications Programming experience in Python and JavaScript Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and families 401(k) plan with profit-sharing opportunities Minimum 80 hours of vacation leave per year Twelve paid holidays every year Professional development and personal growth opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
