Supervisor Survey & GIS Engineer

#### Job Decsription * Consolidate, validate, and integrate monthly survey data from all sites into the company's centralized database. * Ensure standardized survey methodologies and coordinate systems across all operational sites. * Reconcile survey data with truck count and belt scale records to improve production accuracy. * Conduct periodic audits of mapping and volumetric survey data submitted by site teams and contractors. * Provide accurate and up-to-date topographic data to support long-term mine planning. * Evaluate and recommend the implementation of advanced survey technologies, including UAV/Drone mapping, LiDAR, and high-resolution satellite imagery. * Develop, implement, and continuously improve survey and mapping SOPs across the organization. * Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the survey team. * Prepare periodic reports on mining progress, resource reconciliation, remaining reserves, and survey performance. * Ensure all survey activities comply with HSE standards, mining regulations, and company SOPs. #### Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering, Geography, or a related. * Minimum 4 years of experience in mining survey, with exposure to multiple commodities such as nickel, coal, gold, and quarry. * Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) and proficient in GIS. * Strong proficiency in mining software such as Surpac, ArcGIS/ArcMap, Leapfrog, AutoCAD, and Whittle. * Solid understanding of mine surveying, topographic mapping, and volume calculation. * Familiar with SNI and KCMI standards. * Experienced in survey database management and data integrity control. * Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and team management skills. * Candidates with good spoken and written English communication skills will be preferred. * Willing to travel. * Location Pondok Indah, South Jakarta.
