ARM Group LLC is a premier precision infrastructure and environmental engineering consultancy based in Pennsylvania.
We are looking for a Survey Manager to lead our survey practice in Hershey, PA. In this leadership role, you will oversee field survey operations, manage project budgets, sign and seal survey plans (PLS license required), and drive team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Leadership: Lead, mentor, and expand a team of professional land surveyors, survey technicians, and CAD drafters.
Project Management: Scope survey proposals, manage project schedules, monitor profitability, and maintain client relationships.
Legal Surveying: Review and seal boundary surveys, subdivision plans, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, and construction layout plans.
Technology Integration: Drive the adoption of high-definition 3D laser scanning, drone photogrammetry, and mobile LiDAR across survey workflows.
Requirements:
Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain via reciprocity).
7+ years commercial surveying experience, with at least 3 years in a project management or managerial role.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, Leica/Trimble survey hardware, and GIS data management.
