Survey Project Manager - RibbitZ

Our client RibbitZ is hiring a Survey Project Manager in Riverside. Are you an experienced Survey Project Manager with a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license? We are looking for a skilled professional to lead surveying and construction staking projects from proposal through final delivery while ensuring compliance with California surveying standards. Key Responsibilities Manage surveying projects, budgets, schedules, and resources Review Boundary, Topographic, ALTA/NSPS, As-Built, and Subdivision Maps Coordinate agency submittals and construction bid documentation Perform boundary analysis, legal descriptions, and construction staking calculations Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and public agencies Lead and mentor survey field crews and office staff Required Qualifications ✔ Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License (Required) ✔ 5+ years of surveying and mapping experience ✔ 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience ✔ Strong knowledge of California surveying regulations and municipal standards ✔ Experience supporting private land development and public works projects Technical Skills AutoCAD Civil 3D Trimble Business Center Bluebeam Microsoft Office Suite Carlson Software (Preferred) Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) & Profit Sharing Life & Disability Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Professional Growth Opportunities Employee Engagement & Team-Building Events
