Why This Role Matters This is a key, field-based role within our Queensland Survey team. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality survey outcomes on site, supporting project delivery, mentoring junior surveyors, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the team. What You’ll Do Deliver a range of surveying projects including construction, topographic and cadastral surveys Operate and manage survey technologies including Total Stations, GPS, UAV and scanning equipment Use industry-standard survey software to produce accurate, high-quality outputs Work closely with Survey Managers and the wider team to ensure scope, timelines and quality requirements are met Communicate confidently and professionally with clients and project stakeholders Work autonomously in the field, solving problems efficiently as they arise Mentor and support junior surveyors and technicians across field and office activities What You Bring 3+ years’ experience in a similar surveying role Exposure to UAV and scanning technologies (highly regarded) Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Strong organisational and time management skills Valid Driver’s Licence What Sets You Apart Strong technical judgement backed by practical field experience A team-first mindset with a willingness to mentor and share knowledge Clear communication style with both clients and colleagues Adaptability across different project types and site environments What You Will Get At Intrax, our mission is to Create, Inspire and Grow.
