Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of topographic plans using specialized software. Setting out preparation and technical documentation for construction sites. Calculation of measurements, volumetric estimates, and earthworks. Processing and analysis of topographic data. Preparation of technical reports and document management. Coordination with site teams, technical offices, and engineering departments. Technical support in project planning and execution. Occasional site visits for validation and monitoring purposes. Requirements Formal education in Surveying, Technical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency with surveying equipment (total station, GPS, leveling instruments). Knowledge of AutoCAD, DTM (Digital Terrain Models), Civil 3D, or related software. Advanced proficiency in Catalan is mandatory. Offered Permanent employment contract with the company. Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
