Position For our office in Boxberg, we are looking for a Technical Draftsman / Construction Draftsman / Surveying Technician / Geomatics Engineer (m/f/d) for office-based work, starting at the earliest possible date. Your Responsibilities Performing technical drafting within a GIS environment Digitizing/migrating existing plans for various clients (e.g., transmission system operators, power plants, mining operators) Capturing and processing individual thematic layers in clients’ existing plan documentation Conducting office-based surveying tasks and CAD editing (e.g., MicroStation, ArcGIS, Geograf) Your Profile Completed vocational training as a Technical Draftsman, Construction Draftsman, Surveying Technician, or Geomatics Engineer Experience or interest in office-based surveying work Motivation to further develop CAD skills Independent and reliable work ethic Strong communication and teamwork skills Friendly and open demeanor toward clients and colleagues Fluent German (C1 level or equivalent) Valid Class B driver’s license Your Strengths Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of collaborative team work Excellent communication abilities combined with active listening Our Offer Permanent employment contract (full-time or part-time from 30 hours/week) Modern office facilities and state-of-the-art technology An open-minded team with short decision-making paths Good career and development opportunities Access to OpenUp—our mental health partner offering professional psychological support and additional well-being programs The salary range for this position will be transparently communicated before the interview to ensure a fair negotiation basis.
