Underground Mine Surveyor

Position: Underground Mine Surveyor Key Responsibilities Mark coordinates based on mine planning instructions; Locate ramp directions and drill points; Perform mine georeferencing; Execute CAD-based topographic designs; Develop primary and secondary development projects in CAD; Close measurements and sampling surveys; Conduct mining volume surveys using scanners or equivalent equipment; Perform production hole (fan drill) surveys—even in areas loaded with explosives; Survey development faces to track progress and face positioning—even in charged areas; Locate wall structures; Conduct measurements and monitor civil works; Survey tailings dams and waste rock piles; Monitor stockpile volumes and support expansion project layout for tailings dams; Support open-pit mining operations; Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements Technical degree in Surveying/Geomatics; Experience in underground mine surveying; Proficiency with AutoCAD and ScanPro (or similar) software; Valid Class B driver’s license (CNH B); Must reside in Conceição do Pará or Pitangui, Brazil.
