About the Department The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: distinctive strengths combining deep domain expertise in Technology, Operations, Risk, Control and Transformation functions to support the Bank’s strategic directional shifts, core values and customer expectations. Job Responsibilities Responsible for supporting Vulnerability Management service, including technology lifecycle management, technical roadmaps, baseline controls, SOP, and technology evaluation & onboarding. Perform technology operational maintenance, service request fulfillment, user access review, baseline configuration, operational & baseline reporting, and issue resolution for Vulnerability Management solutions (e.g. Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7). Support the implementation, operationalization and onboarding of Vulnerability Management solutions, including integrations, scanning configuration and agent deployment. Support external audit and regulatory requests, and perform review of non-conformances, vulnerabilities, risk treatment plan, audit findings and exception for Vulnerability Management solutions. Drive continuous improvement to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of Vulnerability Management solutions. Job Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of IT experience, with hands-on experience in Vulnerability Management solutions (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7). Hands-on experience in technology lifecycle management, baseline controls, scanning configuration, user access review and incident resolution. Basic knowledge of security concepts, principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a track record of driving process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
