Job Description
Proven experience in Electric Utility GIS Data Maintenance, with hands-on expertise in GE Smallworld, interpretation of as-built, design, and construction documentation, and strong knowledge of electric distribution network assets, connectivity, network topology, and GIS data modeling principles.
Hands-on experience working with GE Smallworld applications for maintaining and updating electric network data, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with utility standards and business processes.
Minimum 1-3 years of exp supporting Electric Utility Data Maintenance workstreams, including processing design updates, as-built incorporation, asset data validation, network connectivity corrections, and quality assurance activities.
Experience in reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, work orders, construction packages, and field markups to accurately update GIS network records.
