Water Security and IWRM Specialist

Profiles needed: 🔹 Water Security and IWRM Specialist Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in water security assessment, water resources management, flood risk management, wastewater management, or IWRM implementation in rural, urban, and peri-urban contexts. Experience in developing practical IWRM frameworks, intervention models, and adapting international/comparative best practices to local contexts will be preferred. 🔹 Public Service and Basic Infrastructure Expert Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in public service delivery, with a focus on water supply, sanitation, drainage, and related basic infrastructure in urban and rural contexts. Experience in service delivery gap assessment, institutional arrangements, infrastructure planning, PC-I schemes, or similar public investment instruments will be an asset. 🔹 Private Sector and Enterprise Development Expert Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MSME/private sector development, local economic development, and water-related enterprise opportunities. Experience in productive water use, aquaculture, irrigation, water treatment, agro-processing, blended finance, investment facilitation, and rural/urban SME support will be preferred. ✅ Experts with experience in Sindh, Pakistan, South Asia, or comparable rural/climate-vulnerable contexts are strongly encouraged to apply. ✅ Experts with international or comparative assignment experience relevant to their field will be preferred. ✅ Female experts are especially encouraged to share their profiles.
