Position: Field Surveyor – Madrid (with future opportunities in Tarragona, Guadalajara, Zaragoza, Antequera, Dublin, Newcastle, and Portugal)
We are expanding our field surveying team to support diverse project types: linear infrastructure, urban developments, data centers, industrial buildings, structures, and residential projects.
Immediate Hiring Priorities (3 positions):
Madrid: Field Surveyor with prior experience in infrastructure projects.
Tarragona: Field Surveyor with experience in industrial works.
Tarragona (Technical Office): Surveyor responsible for plan revision, layout data preparation, volume calculations, and as-built drawings.
Upcoming Projects (starting Oct–Nov or later):
Guadalajara: Industrial project.
Zaragoza: Multiple data center projects.
Dublin (Ireland): Multiple projects (positions always open for the right candidate).
Newcastle (UK): Data center project (phased start; CSCS card required; 3–4 years possible on same project).
Antequera (Málaga): Field Surveyor with urban and industrial experience (this role offers future internal mobility across Spain after project completion).
Portugal: Data center projects (phased start likely from November).

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Tasks:
- Field surveys, layout, and measurements using high-precision instruments (Total Stations, GNSS antennas, occasional 3D Laser Scanners, drones).
- Work with Leica and Trimble equipment (project-dependent).
- Prepare and revise project drawings in the office (especially for the Tarragona Technical Office role).
For This Specific Role:
Experience in infrastructure projects is highly valued: establishing control bases, layout, as-built documentation, and measurements.
Ability to revise and modify project drawings in the office (though initial projects may include team support).
Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, Civil3D, GIS tools.
Bonus skills: Scan-to-BIM (point cloud registration, cleaning, Revit modeling), Navisworks, and drone pilot certification.
Requirements:
Degree in Geomatics & Surveying Engineering, Higher Technical Qualification, or equivalent.
Experience (1): Ability to work independently on-site (with remote/onsite support available). We seek surveyors who enjoy fieldwork and want to continue in this role for the medium term.
Experience (2): We also welcome new graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn and build a long-term career with us. Our Castellón project is ideal for gradual onboarding.
Office Roles: We’ll soon expand technical office positions (especially Scan-to-BIM and modeling). If you prefer office-based work, let us know.
PRL Certifications: If you’re from abroad and don’t yet have Spanish safety certifications, we can arrange them.
English: Professional English is valued (for international clients) but not mandatory.
Geographical Mobility: While this posting focuses on Madrid and Tarragona, future opportunities exist in:
- Spain: Guadalajara, Zaragoza, Antequera, Castellón, etc.
- Internationally: Dublin, Cardiff, Newcastle, and soon Portugal.
