During your geodesy internship at Iv, you’ll contribute to collecting, processing, and analyzing spatial data that underpins flagship infrastructure projects such as the A9 Schipholburg or Sluis Terneuzen. You’ll join a team of geodesists and surveying engineers, supporting diverse field measurements and subsequent office-based data processing. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting surveying measurements Performing 3D laser scanning Carrying out deformation monitoring Monitoring civil structures like bridges, tunnels, and quays You’ll translate collected data into reliable inputs for design and maintenance processes. You’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment and software, gaining insight into how geodesy is essential at every project phase—from planning to completion. Depending on your background and interests, we’ll jointly determine where you can best develop. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas on smarter measurement strategies, data processing, or 3D visualization.
