As a Project Manager for Geodesy, you will be the central hub in the technical network of complex infrastructure projects. You will combine your in-depth knowledge of geodesy with excellent leadership skills to guide projects from start to finish. You will work closely with various internal departments and external partners, taking full responsibility for both the technical execution and financial outcomes of your projects. You will coordinate surveying activities and ensure precise measurements across diverse civil engineering projects. In doing so, you will translate client requirements into concrete solutions while monitoring quality, timelines, and budgets. Thanks to your experience, you will be able to unravel complex geodetic challenges and develop appropriate solutions. Your responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating geodetic projects from acquisition to handover; Managing a team of specialists and monitoring their progress; Developing project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation; Maintaining contact with clients and stakeholders; Conducting quality control checks on delivered geodetic data; Implementing innovative 3D design techniques in infrastructure projects; Providing expert advice on complex geodetic issues across various infrastructure projects; Identifying opportunities for follow-up projects and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria: 6–10 years of relevant experience in geodesy, surveying, or a related field; An HBO or WO degree in Geodesy, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; Solid knowledge of geodetic measurement techniques and modern equipment; Experience leading complex infrastructure projects; Demonstrated experience with 3D design software and GIS applications; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written; Results-oriented and able to perform under pressure; Analytical and solution-driven; Client-focused with commercial insight; In possession of a valid driver’s license (category B). #Jobster
