Position Overview
To strengthen its GIS, BIM Infrastructure, and Strategic Development Division, One Team is seeking a junior candidate with strong technical and managerial aptitude, eager to grow within a dynamic and innovative environment.
The successful candidate will support the Division Head and Area Manager in managing and developing GIS and BIM projects for both public and private clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of GIS and BIM projects and services
Act as a cross-functional liaison between technical, organizational, and client-facing activities
Prepare technical documentation and reports
Support project coordination and follow-up activities
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical-scientific or economic disciplines
Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
Good command of English
Interest in GIS, BIM, Digital Twin, and digital infrastructure topics
Foundational knowledge of project management principles
Ability to draft technical documentation and reports
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of GIS platforms (e.g., Esri, QGIS) and/or BIM tools (e.g., Autodesk, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Civil 3D, Revit, InfraWorks, or similar)
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Interest in business development and customer success
