GIS Enterprise Systems Engineer (On-Prem/Hybrid)

Company: Udc Title: GIS Enterprise Systems Engineer (On-Prem/Hybrid) - Udc UDC is looking for a full-time IT Systems Engineer (GIS) to lead enterprise GIS projects and IT architectures. You will serve as the technical lead for complex GIS solutions, guiding implementation, automation, and management of on-premises datacenter infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage enterprise GIS systems and infrastructure Lead GIS-related projects from concept through delivery Automate GIS workflows and infrastructure provisioning Support virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) environments Document system architectures, configurations, and operational procedures Requirements: Proven experience with Esri ArcGIS platform Strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure and systems engineering Expertise in virtualization and containerization technologies Ability to travel up to 50% based on project and client needs Benefits: Opportunity to work on high-impact, enterprise-scale GIS initiatives Collaborative, innovative technical environment
