GIS Software Engineer (C++/Java) – Hybrid Role in Rome, Lazio, Italy

Randstad Digital, the specialized division focused on IT talent recruitment, selection, and training, is looking on behalf of a client company for a GIS Software Engineer (C++ or Java) to be integrated into the team responsible for new developments and optimizations of GIS-based projects. Key Responsibilities: Participate in the design, development, and optimization of GIS software solutions. Implement new features and enhancements using C++ or Java. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Required Qualifications: Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics). Solid experience with recent versions of Java or C++. Familiarity with relevant development frameworks. Prior exposure to GIS (Geographic Information Systems) concepts and technologies is highly desirable. Offered: Direct employment contract.
