What You Bring
Completed university degree (B.Sc. / B.Eng.) in GeoVisualDesign, Geomatics, Cartography, Geodesy, Geoinformatics, Geography, or a related field
First practical experience through internships or student assistant roles
Solid GIS skills (preferably QGIS), along with proficiency in MS Office and graphic software; CAD experience (VectorWorks) is advantageous
Familiarity with the data offerings of the LDBV (Landesamt für Digitalisierung, Breitband und Vermessung)
Interest in urban planning, land-use planning, digitalization, XPlanung, and DiPlanung
Willingness to take on challenging tasks and responsibility
Hands-on mindset and enthusiasm for joining a multidisciplinary team
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate in a team at the interface between urban planning and geospatial information
Digitalize and visualize land-use plans (Bauleitpläne)
Create land-use plans (Flächennutzungspläne) and other maps using GIS
Prepare detailed development plans (Bebauungspläne) in CAD, if required
Process LDBV data sources (DFK, DOP, DGM, LOD2)
Provide technical support in the preparation of planning documents
