GIS Specialist (m/f/d) – Permitting & Planning Support

Job Description – Administration, Maintenance, and Enhancement of Geospatial Data for Permitting and Construction Processes Ensure data quality through verification, preparation, harmonization, and further processing of geospatial data Act as technical liaison and collaborate closely with adjacent departments and stakeholders Develop and optimize data models, geospatial structures, and databases Create, analyze, and visualize georeferenced information for planning, permitting procedures, and project implementation Standardize, digitize, and automate geospatial workflows, and integrate them into central project management systems Requirements Completed university degree in Geoinformatics, Geography, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in GIS environments, with solid expertise in ArcGIS Pro; experience with ArcGIS Server, QGIS, BIM, and FME is highly desirable Knowledge of geospatial data acquisition, processing, spatial analysis, and visualization Experience in automating and quality-assuring geospatial data workflows Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and Autochart for ArcGIS Pro is a plus Excellent command of German and good command of English Working Conditions Join a reputable energy company and take ownership of your career development in a full-time position (37 hours per week) Receive a budget for home office equipment to ensure optimal working conditions Enjoy exclusive shopping discounts at selected partner companies via our corporate portal Benefit from 30 days of annual leave to support your well-being Access diverse training opportunities to continuously expand your skillset
