About the Role
Your Responsibilities
Creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of geospatial data and geodatabases
Conversion and transformation of CAD data for use in GIS applications
Development and updating of maps and plans
Preparation, analysis, and visualization of geospatial data for internal departments
Support in further developing GIS processes, tools, and (WebGIS) applications
Documentation of datasets and work processes
Assistance with administrative tasks
Your Profile
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Geoinformatics, Geography, Surveying/Geomatics, Computer Science, or a related field at a university or university of applied sciences
Foundational knowledge of ArcGIS Pro and WebGIS
Basic experience with scripting or automation (e.g., using Python), including AI-related tools
Proficient use of standard Microsoft 365 applications
Prior experience with CAD software is desirable
Strong interest in geospatial data and technical planning processes
Independent, meticulous, and structured work approach
Quick comprehension and strong communication skills
Excellent command of German (written and spoken)

About Us
The Regionaltangente West Planungsgesellschaft mbH (RTW GmbH) is responsible for planning, constructing, and operating the "Regionaltangente West"—a new regional light rail connection in the Rhine-Main area—on behalf of its shareholders. This line will provide a direct link between the Hochtaunus district (Bad Homburg, Oberursel, and Steinbach), the Main-Taunus district (Eschborn and Sulzbach), Frankfurt-Höchst, Frankfurt Airport, and the Offenbach district (Neu-Isenburg and Dreieich).
