Roles and Responsibility Manage and implement GIS projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results. Develop and maintain technical documentation of GIS systems, including data models, maps, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions using GIS technology. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on GIS tools and technologies. Conduct research and stay updated with the latest GIS trends and technologies to improve existing systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for GIS management and analysis. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or equivalent platforms. Experience with GIS data management, analysis, and visualization techniques. Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL. Strong understanding of spatial databases and querying languages like SQL. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
