Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the company’s GIS database and manage WebGIS system upgrades;
Ensure data quality within the Territorial Information System and its outputs;
Facilitate effective data exchange between departments;
Verify that external survey data (for water and sewer networks and related facilities) comply with company standards;
Adhere to internal regulations and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
Technical high school diploma;
Proven experience in similar roles;
Advanced Microsoft Office and CAD software skills;
Strong proficiency in ESRI GIS tools (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS) and/or open-source GIS (e.g., QGIS);
Basic knowledge of SQL;
Basic Python programming (versions 2.7 and 3.x);
Familiarity with ESRI ArcPy and Python APIs for ArcGIS;
Valid Italian driving license (Category B);
Results-oriented mindset, teamwork skills, organizational ability;
Openness to change, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Environmental Sciences, Natural Sciences, Architecture, Territorial and Urban Planning, Geology, Forestry, Environmental Engineering, or related fields;
Experience using topographic equipment (total stations, GPS devices) and associated data-processing software;
Additional professional training;
Experience in the Integrated Water Service (SII) sector.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Level: Grade 4–5 (per collective labor agreement CCNL Gas–Acqua, CNEL Code K321);
Annual Gross Salary (RAL): €32,922.43 – €35,052.95;
Variable Component: Annual performance bonus based on company objectives;

Selection Process
CV Screening: HR and technical staff assess applications against minimum requirements;
Interviews:
- Motivational/behavioral interview with HR (4/10 points);
- Technical-functional interview with department leadership (6/10 points);

Final Ranking: Minimum passing score: 6/10;
