We have a proven track record delivering the highest-quality hydrographic and geophysical survey data. Spectrum Geosurvey are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our growing team based in our Lymington office. Position Overview The Graduate Hydrographic Surveyor will perform field data acquisition and initial processing of bathymetric and geophysical survey data onboard coastal survey vessels. Key Responsibilities: • Operate hydrographic survey equipment (multibeam echosounders, GNSS positioning, motion sensors, sound velocity profilers). • Assist in offshore data collection, survey navigation, and real-time survey quality control. • Process field bathymetric data using hydrographic software and GIS tools. • Maintain survey equipment, documentation, and safety procedures. Requirements: • Degree in Hydrography, Marine Surveying, Oceanography, GIS, or related subject. • Willingness to spend time offshore/on coastal survey vessels. • Good understanding of positioning, geodesy, bathymetry, and spatial data.
