Head of Geomatics Service – Surveying and Monitoring

Within ECR Environnement, our teams of surveying geomatics engineers carry out a wide range of surveying, mapping, and network-related services for public and private clients. As Head of the Geomatics Service (H/F), you will be responsible for the technical, commercial, and operational management of the activity, requiring notable experience in topography and monitoring. In this role, your responsibilities include: Commercial development of surveying and monitoring activities and client relationship management; Preparing tender responses, drafting technical and financial proposals, and overseeing their successful execution; Organizing, planning, and coordinating team interventions; Monitoring project execution; Supervising, mentoring, and supporting team members to enhance their skills; Ensuring the technical quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, budgets, and regulatory requirements; Contributing to the continuous improvement of the service. You will be autonomous and accountable for your projects up to final invoicing. You will also provide operational support on high-value-added missions, including: Building surveys; Topographic surveys and setting-out; As-built plans and network reporting; Monitoring; 3D activities; Participation in and organization of utility detection, network reporting, and buried infrastructure surveys; Specialized studies for electrical, gas, and fiber-optic networks.
