About the Role
Company: Raízen
We are a Brazilian company present in your daily life—from Shell-branded stations and products to the production of sugar, ethanol, and renewable energy.
Here, safety, integrity, collaboration, and simplicity guide how we work. With over 30,000 people, we build an integrated ecosystem—from sugarcane cultivation in the fields to the production and distribution of ethanol, sugar, and bioenergy. We also operate—under Shell’s license—the distribution of fuels, lubricants, and specialty products across Brazil.
If you’re resilient, fast-moving, see challenges as opportunities, and believe collaboration is the path forward, Raízen could be your ideal place.
Learning happens through hands-on experience, and work gains meaning when done together.
All our openings are open to people of any sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, age, and ability—including those with disabilities. What matters most here is the desire to grow, contribute, and make a difference.
