Company: Eulen Flexiplán Title: Mapping and GIS Team Leader – Water Networks Location: Donostia-San Sebastián, Gipuzkoa (Spain) Position Overview: Gipuzkoako Urak is seeking a Mapping and GIS Specialist to lead the management, digitization, and modeling of cartographic information for water supply and sanitation networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining hydraulic models, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting infrastructure planning and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Manage and digitize geographic and network data for water supply and wastewater systems. Develop, calibrate, and maintain hydraulic models using EPANET and other relevant tools. Coordinate mapping and GIS activities across projects, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards. Support planning, design, and execution of infrastructure works through spatial analysis and modeling. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate GIS data into operational workflows. Requirements & Preferences: Proven experience in GIS and water network modeling (especially with EPANET). Strong skills in cartographic management, geodatabase design, and spatial analysis. Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise technical tasks and teams. Familiarity with water network design, operation, and maintenance practices. Proficiency in Spanish; knowledge of Basque is advantageous. Contract & Benefits: Permanent contract from the start. Initial gross annual salary: €38,000.
