Company: Eulen Flexiplán Title: GIS and Mapping Team Leader – Water Networks Location: Donostia/San Sebastián, Spain About the Role: Gipuzkoako Urak is seeking a Mapping and GIS Coordinator to join their team in Donostia/San Sebastián. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, digitization, and maintenance of cartographic and GIS data, as well as the development of mathematical models for water distribution networks. Key Responsibilities: Manage, update, and maintain GIS databases and cartographic information systems. Develop and apply hydraulic simulation models (especially using EPANET) for water network analysis and optimization. Prepare technical projects for network renewal and improvement, including feasibility studies, design, and cost estimation. Plan and coordinate civil works related to water infrastructure upgrades. Ensure data quality, consistency, and integration across GIS, SCADA, and asset management systems. Offer: Permanent contract from the start. Initial gross annual salary: €38,000.
