Product Manager (GIS / Spatial Data) — ORIX Group / 45 Consecutive Years of Profitability
【Mission】
You will lead cross-functional decision-making and execution to conceptualize, develop, and scale new proprietary products—starting from core client challenges (e.g., government agencies, local municipalities, infrastructure operators)—to create sustainable business growth.
【Key Responsibilities】
Conduct market, competitive, and user research; formulate and validate hypotheses; define product vision and roadmap
Prioritize features and initiatives (i.e., decide what to build—and what not to build)
Design KPIs and success metrics; drive data-informed improvements through analysis
Define requirements and specifications (e.g., user stories, functional requirements)
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, support, and internal/external stakeholders
Develop release plans and execute GoToMarket strategies

Compensation & Benefits
【Salary & Compensation】
Annual Income: ¥10–13 million (monthly base salary: ¥780,000)
Overtime: Fully compensated
Allowances:
- Qualification Allowance
- Housing Allowance: ¥30,000/month
- Family Allowance: ¥13,000/month (spouse), ¥5,000/month (other dependents)
- Commuting Allowance: Reimbursed (up to ¥150,000/month)
Bonuses: Performance-based
Annual Raises: Yes (once per year)
Note: May be classified as a management supervisor depending on experience.
