What You Can Contribute
Build and operate GIS platform infrastructure using the DevSecOps methodology (microservices, containerization, Kubernetes, orchestration) in an automated manner.
Continuously advance the design, automation, and orchestration (Release Automation) of platforms in an iterative way and help develop new platforms.
Support standardization efforts across federal-level projects.
Develop decision-making foundations for the introduction of new IT components.
Take ownership of tasks across the entire DevSecOps lifecycle.
What Makes You Unique
Engineering degree (UNI/ETH/FH) or advanced technical diploma (HF) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, complemented by several years of professional experience.
Strong hands-on experience automating IT solutions in DevSecOps environments using tools such as ArcGIS, Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible, and GitLab.
In-depth and up-to-date experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), as well as programming or scripting languages including Python, .NET, PowerShell, Bash, and operating systems (RHEL Linux and Windows Server).
Familiarity with process and architecture modeling notations such as BPMN and ArchiMate.
Strategic and goal-oriented working style, strong teamwork skills, and prior experience in agile environments (SAFe), along with proficiency in agile tools (Git, Jira, Confluence); willingness to further develop GIS-specific expertise.
Proficiency in a second official Swiss language and strong active English skills.
