What You Can Deliver
Build and operate GIS platforms using the DevSecOps methodology (microservices, container technologies, Kubernetes, orchestration)
Continuously advance platform design, automation, and orchestration (Release Automation) in an iterative manner
Develop and deploy new platforms
Participate in standardization initiatives at the federal level
Provide decision-making foundations for introducing new IT components
Take ownership of tasks across the entire DevSecOps lifecycle
What Makes You Unique
Engineering degree (UNI/ETH/FH) or Technician diploma (HF) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, with several years of professional experience
Strong practical experience in automating IT solutions within DevSecOps environments using tools such as ArcGIS, Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible, and GitLab
In-depth and up-to-date experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), as well as programming or scripting languages including Python, .NET, PowerShell, Bash, and operating systems (Linux/RHEL and Windows Server)
Knowledge of process and architecture modeling notations such as BPMN and ArchiMate
Strategic and goal-oriented working style, strong teamwork skills, and experience in agile environments (SAFe) with agile tools (Git, Jira, Confluence)
Willingness to further develop GIS-related competencies
Proficiency in a second official Swiss language and strong active English skills
