Role Description
About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Surveyor to join projects related to Data Centers and other high-complexity critical infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive geometric control of the project—from initial earthworks and layout through to final handover—ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and compliance with construction requirements.
You will work closely with Production, Engineering, BIM, Quality, and subcontractor teams, providing specialized technical support across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain the project’s primary and secondary topographic control network.
Perform and supervise layout for civil works, structures, architecture, and installations.
Geometrically control foundations, piles, concrete structures, steel structures, and site urbanization.
Verify platforms, roadways, earthworks, and construction elements, ensuring compliance with tolerances.
Conduct topographic surveys, generate digital terrain models, and produce associated graphic documentation.
Process and manage data collected from total stations, GPS/GNSS, laser scanners, and other surveying technologies.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, BIM, Quality teams, and external surveying contractors.
Prepare topographic reports, as-built drawings, and geometric control documentation for clients and site management.
Support certification, quality control, and final project handover processes.
Requirements
Degree in Geomatics and Surveying Engineering, Technical Surveying Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
Over 8 years of experience in surveying for construction projects.
Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or complex industrial projects.
Advanced knowledge of high-precision layout, dimensional control, and coordinate systems.
Experience working with BIM models and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Minimum B2 level English proficiency.
Availability for national and international mobility.
