Surveying and GIS Technical Coordinator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and further develop the surveying and GIS team within the Directorate Coordinate and steer surveying and GIS activities while ensuring high data quality Represent the Directorate in technical working groups and committees, both internally and externally Develop, implement, and continuously optimize standards, guidelines, and processes in surveying, GIS, and data management Ensure compliance with established standards and quality requirements in surveying and data processing Support and advise operational units on technical matters Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and digitalization Promote technical exchange and knowledge transfer within the Directorate Qualifications Successfully completed university degree in surveying, geoinformatics, geodesy, geography, or a comparable field Several years of professional experience in surveying, GIS, or geospatial data management Solid expertise in GIS systems and strong proficiency in surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, CARD_1, iTWO) Experience in developing and implementing standards, processes, and quality requirements Strong analytical and conceptual skills Excellent communication skills and confidence in cross-functional committees and working groups High level of initiative and ability to proactively drive innovation and change Experience in technical team leadership (advantageous) Structured, solution-oriented, and independent work approach
