Surveying and GIS Coordinator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities Provide professional leadership and further develop the surveying and GIS team within the directorate Coordinate and manage surveying and GIS activities while ensuring high data quality Represent the directorate in technical working groups and committees, both internally and externally to the group Develop, implement, and continuously optimize standards, guidelines, and processes in surveying, GIS, and data management Ensure compliance with established standards and quality requirements in surveying and data processing Support and advise operational units on technical matters Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and digital transformation Promote professional exchange and knowledge transfer within the directorate Qualifications Completed university degree in surveying, geoinformatics, geodesy, geography, or a related field Several years of professional experience in surveying, GIS, or geospatial data management Solid expertise in GIS systems and strong proficiency in surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, CARD_1, iTWO) Experience in developing and implementing standards, processes, and quality requirements Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills Excellent communication skills and confidence in cross-functional committees and working groups High level of initiative and ability to proactively drive innovation and change Prior experience in professional team leadership is advantageous Structured, solution-oriented, and independent work approach
