Position Overview
Precision, structure, and technical expertise define you? In this fully indoor role, you will be embedded directly at one of our clients in Düsseldorf as part of a stable team focused exclusively on supporting a defined client project—featuring clear processes, close collaboration, and long-term perspectives.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, verify, and follow up on layout and setting-out tasks, and assist in preparing site plans
Collect, maintain, update, and process GIS data based on measurement records
Create special maps and analytical reports
Control and document building and utility infrastructure, including photo documentation and external plan documents within the client’s system
Receive, process, and systematically archive survey measurement data
Prepare and maintain technical measurement records and project documentation
Support project-related coordination and communication efforts
Qualifications
Completed vocational training as a Surveying Technician or Geomatics Engineer
Several years of professional experience in surveying (field and/or office work)
Practical experience with CAD systems and geodetic calculation software
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and team-oriented
Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
Valid German driver’s license (Class 3 / B)
