About the Role
Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of GRUPO TRAGSA—specializing in rural development and nature conservation—seeks to hire 1 Surveying/Geomatics or Civil Engineer (GIS – Civil Infrastructure) for projects related to the Rural Road Network in Valencia province.
Key Responsibilities:
Support cost control and monitoring.
Perform construction layout, dimensional control, and generate topographic plans.
Participate in planning and scheduling of works, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate in project monitoring and control, including contributing to Health & Safety Plans.
Conduct measurements and prepare valuation reports.
Draft sketches, work reports, and topographic documentation.
Monitor construction execution against technical drawings and documentation.
Mandatory Requirements:
University degree in: Technical Engineering, or (under the Bologna Process) Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics and Topography, Civil/Civil Engineering, Geography and Territorial Planning, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Forestry, or Agricultural Engineering (aligned with MECES Level 2). Valid Spanish degree recognition or equivalence certificate from the General Secretariat of Universities required.
Valid Spanish Class B driver’s license (copy or proof must be submitted with application).
Desirable Qualifications:
Training in Topography and/or Geomatics, GIS (proof required).
6 months to 1 year of construction sector experience in topographic tasks (with employment contract and work history report).
6 months to 1 year of experience in certification and cost control (with employment contract and work history report).
6 months to 1 year of experience in cartography and/or plan management (with employment contract and work history report).
6 months to 1 year of experience in geometric control of construction, layout, or topographic surveys (with employment contract and work history report).

Offer Includes:
