Position
Construction Technician / Draftsperson (m/f/d) – Digital Surveying & Modeling in Civil Engineering
Location: Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück
Responsibilities
Serve as the competent point of contact (m/f/d) for our field staff, handling the preparation and evaluation of survey data for technically demanding civil engineering projects
Create digital terrain models for use with 3D-guided construction machinery
Conduct analysis and documentation of measurement results, as well as model-based volume calculations
Produce as-built and billing plans
Support construction and project managers in cost control
Profile
Successfully completed training as a Construction Technician, Surveying Technician, Draftsperson (m/f/d), or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in civil engineering in the above-mentioned areas
Proficient CAD user skills, ideally with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience with billing of civil engineering projects
High level of flexibility, resilience, and a self-motivated, diligent, and meticulous work ethic
