Development Engineer (Project Manager Candidate) – XR, GIS, and High-Impact Social Systems
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Development Engineer with PM potential to contribute to high-value, socially beneficial projects—such as XR-based training simulators, GIS-powered applications, and HR/ERP systems—within a stable, listed-group company. You’ll engage from early-stage requirements through implementation and maintenance, with strong potential to grow into leadership roles (PL/PM).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as engineer, project leader (PL), or project manager (PM) across diverse projects
Lead or contribute to upstream phases: requirements definition, system design (basic & detailed), implementation, testing, and operation/maintenance
Develop solutions using cutting-edge technologies like XR (VR/AR/MR), GIS, and enterprise systems
Sample Projects
VR training simulators for airlines
VR educational materials for nursing universities and vocational schools
GIS-based business support and tourism applications
ERP and HR system implementation & custom add-on development for large enterprises
Most projects are small- to mid-scale (2–6 months), typically handled end-to-end by our in-house team.

Employment Terms
Type: Full-time, permanent (probation: 3 months)
Working Hours: Discretionary labor system (professional role)
- Deemed daily hours: 9 hrs (incl. 60-min break, 12:00–13:00)
- Standard schedule: ~9:00–17:45 (actual start/end times flexible per team/individual)
- No regular overtime (fixed overtime allowance included: ¥88,000–128,000/month for 30 hrs)
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary Range: ¥5.5M – ¥8.0M (fixed annual pay)
- Base: ¥4.464M – ¥6.504M
- Fixed overtime allowance: ¥88,000 – ¥128,000/month (30 hrs)
- Monthly (12-month split): ¥460,000 – ¥670,000 (incl. allowances)
