Our client is an established, interdisciplinary planning office with multiple locations in Southern Germany and around 70 employees. As a general planner, the company offers a broad range of services in building construction, civil engineering, and municipal infrastructure planning, delivering complex projects for public and commercial clients.
A key focus is holistic project execution: planning, coordination, and implementation are carried out interdisciplinarily and ‘from a single source.’ This structure enables efficient workflows, short decision-making paths, and close integration among all project stakeholders.
Position
In light of continued growth, we are exclusively seeking a Draftsman / Structural Engineer / GIS Specialist (m/f/d) for land use planning, infrastructure, and civil engineering at our client’s locations in Neutraubling and Cham, to start as soon as possible. In this role, you will take on a central position in the technical and digital execution of planning projects.

Responsibilities
Preparation and processing of planning documents in the field of land use planning (development plans, land use plans) as well as civil and road engineering
Creation of site plans, detail drawings, sections, and layout drawings in accordance with standard CAD practices
Participation in development projects (roads, drainage, infrastructure)
Support in preparing documentation for authorities and clients
Maintenance and structuring of project status documents, data, and planning files
Depending on experience: involvement in GIS/XPlanung projects and digitalization of planning processes
Close collaboration with project managers, specialist planners, and internal teams
Profile
Completed vocational training as a draftsman (m/f/d), technical draftsman, building technician, or equivalent qualification
Initial or several years of professional experience in a planning environment (e.g., land use planning, road/civil engineering, infrastructure)
Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD or BricsCAD)
Basic knowledge of GIS (e.g., ArcGIS) or XPlanung is desirable
Structured, meticulous, and independent work style, along with strong spatial reasoning skills
High level of commitment and interest in further professional development and learning adjacent subject areas
Team-oriented, reliable, and down-to-earth approach to work
