Overview Applications are invited from candidates bearing domicile of Punjab on a lump-sum contract basis for the project titled "Economic Prospective of Coal, Iron Ore, Limestone and Other Industrial Minerals In Koh-E-Suleman, Dera Ghazi Khan Division GS. No.2687" in the Project Management Unit (PMU), Directorate General of Mines & Minerals, Punjab. Post Name: Drone Operator (PPS-06) No. of Posts: 01 Remuneration: PKR 150,000 per month (Lump Sum) Contract Duration: Initially up to the closure of financial year 2026-27 (May 31, 2027), likely extendable for the complete project period. Location: PMU Office at Lahore / Field surveys in Koh-E-Suleman, Dera Ghazi Khan Division. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: BS GIS & RS / Space Science / BE Geoinformatics / Geomatics / Geography or equivalent qualification/degree from an HEC-recognized university. Experience: Minimum two (02) years of experience in the related field from a recognized public or private organization. Preference: Proven hands-on experience in drone technology and UAV operations. Age Limit: 25–35 years (+5 years general age relaxation for males and +8 years for females as per Govt. of Punjab S&GAD Notification No. SORI(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08-08-2016). Domicile: Punjab Province only. Terms & Conditions The position is filled on a lump-sum contract basis and carries no claim for regularization. Annual increment will be paid as per approved TORs of PC-II of the project, wherever applicable. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel after obtaining an NOC from their parent department. No TA/DA is admissible for the test/interview.
