GIS Software Developer (Full-Stack .NET)

Position Overview We are looking to add a professional to our teams to develop Web and GIS Web applications. Key Responsibilities Requirements analysis Design and development of web applications Creation of web services Requirements University degree in Engineering, Geography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or related field Experience in .NET development Desired/Sought Skills Experience developing widgets for Esri Experience Builder Web application development (e.g., JavaScript, Dojo, Angular, React, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS) Modern programming languages (e.g., Python, .NET, or similar) Database knowledge Prior experience in similar roles Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban) Development of ArcGIS solutions (e.g., ArcGIS API for Python, ArcGIS REST API) Development of APIs and desktop applications (C#, .NET Core) Knowledge of source code repositories (e.g., Git) Experience implementing software security and/or quality standards Identity management (LDAP, SAML, OAuth) Contract Temporary contract with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract upon completion of the temporary assignment, depending on the company’s operational or organizational needs.
