The Agency for Attractiveness and Development is a non-profit association (under French Law 1901), whose members include local authorities, businesses, and public-interest organizations in the territory. It promotes regional attractiveness and supports businesses and local authorities. In this capacity, it manages the geographic information system (GIS) for member local authorities of Redon Agglomeration and offers data-related services (studies, diagnostics, etc.).
Your Mission
Listen to and understand the needs of Redon Agglomeration services and local municipalities, translating them into operational technical solutions.
Manage and ensure the reliability of spatial databases, and develop/maintain data processing applications and tools (WebSIG Isigéo, QGIS, PostGIS, FME).
Collect, analyze, and interpret spatial data; produce maps and synthesis reports to support decision-making.
Promote GIS usage, provide user support, and conduct training.
Profile
Education in GIS (Bac+2 to Bac+5), ideally with some professional experience (new graduates are welcome).
Knowledge or experience with PLU(i), ADS, and PCRS data management is highly valued.
Passionate about GIS and data processing, with a strong interest in designing digital tools to meet diverse operational needs.
Comfortable managing complex databases and viewing it as a stimulating technical challenge.
Detail-oriented and organized to ensure work quality and meet deadlines.
Service-oriented and collaborative, able to respond effectively to internal requests—even under tight timelines.
Open-minded and proactive in exploring opportunities to develop new tools and services.

35-hour workweek over 4.5 or 5 days.
Remote work possible up to 2 days per week.
Salary: from €2,400 gross/month depending on experience.
