You will be entrusted with surveying and digitization tasks for the essential "water pipe maps" (GIS data) that underpin daily life in communities.
From on-site surveys to data digitization and system operation/maintenance, you’ll handle a wide range of processes—gaining diverse knowledge and steadily building your professional skills!
Specific Duties
On-site Verification Surveys
Travel to field sites based on pre-prepared water facility documentation (registers, blueprints, etc.) to confirm current conditions.
Information Analysis & Sketch Map Creation
Analyze field survey data and other information to create foundational sketch maps (hand-drawn diagrams) for map production.
Digitalization & Data Entry via In-house GIS System
Digitize drawn map data using the company’s GIS system (including database construction).
System & Hardware Operation and Maintenance
Configure, operate, manage, and perform routine inspections on software and hardware used in daily operations.

Age Requirement: Yes (Exception under Article 3; applicants must be 40 years old or younger, for long-term career development)
Working Hours
Actual Working Time: 7 hours per day
Average Working Days per Month: 19–21 days
Daily Schedule: 9:00 – 17:00 (1-hour break: 12:00 – 13:00)
(May vary depending on survey site location)
Overtime: Typically under 10 hours/month; may exceed 20 hours/month during peak seasons
(Most employees in their 1st–2nd year work under 10 hours/month)
Field Assignments: Increasingly local/commutable sites (varies yearly)
Holidays & Leave
Annual Holidays: 120 days
Full weekend off (Saturdays & Sundays)
National holidays
Refresh Leave: 4 days between April and December
Company Founding Day Holiday: November 2 or a day of your choice
Year-End/New Year Holiday: December 29 – January 3
Paid Annual Leave: 10 days granted on hire date; up to 20 days based on tenure
Special Leave: For celebrations, condolences, etc.
Note: Occasional holiday work (~several days/year); compensatory days off must be taken by month-end.

Compensation Details
Base Salary: ¥221,000 – ¥256,500/month
Fixed Overtime Pay: None (overtime paid separately)
Allowances (Uniform for All Employees)
Commuting, perfect attendance, and family allowances: None
Other allowances: None
Annual Salary Increase: Once per year
Bonuses: Three times per year (Summer, Winter, Spring)
Transportation Expenses: Reimbursed per company policy
Overtime Pay: Paid in full
Qualification Allowance
Accommodation Allowance (covers lodging and daily allowance)
Probation/Training Period: 3 months (terms same as regular employment)
Sample Annual Income
Year 1 (Age 25): ~¥3.6 million
Year 5 (Age 31): ~¥4.7 million
Year 10 (Age 35): ~¥5.7 million
