About GIS
Digital maps like Google Maps are built using spatial data—such as building outlines, names, roads, and administrative boundaries—collectively known as "GIS data." By displaying this data spatially, we generate functional maps. Clients request customized outputs for purposes like marketing (e.g., counting store locations) or digitizing paper maps, requiring both meticulous attention to detail and creative problem-solving.

Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or higher.
Open to new graduates, second new graduates, and career changers.
English proficiency not required.
Unrelated industry experience welcome—many senior staff started with no prior GIS/CAD/BIM/CIM background.

Location
Head Office: 3rd Floor, Fujishoji Building, 2-15-7 Fujimidai, Kunitachi, Tokyo
Access: 2 min walk from JR Nambu Line Gaho Station (140m); 8 min bike ride from Kunitachi Station (Chuo Line); 17–18 min from Nishi-Kokubunji and Tachikawa stations.
Near a convenience store; highly accessible.
No transfers required (occasional short-term assignments to group companies <5% of time).
Remote work possible after mastering core tasks, upon discussion.
Working Hours
Start time: From 10:00 AM (flexible start within core hours)
Core hours: 10:00 – 16:00
Standard workday: 8 hours
Weekends & holidays off: Full weekends + national holidays

Salary
Monthly base: ¥240,000 – ¥400,000 (Estimated annual income: ¥2.9M – ¥4.6M)
Based on experience and skills.
Probation period: 3 months (full-time, same salary and conditions as permanent role).
Allowances for certified qualifications:
- Surveyor, Assistant Surveyor, Basic Information Technology Engineer
- BIM Utilization Technician, IT Passport, DTP Expert, etc.
